Effective Date: February 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of telecommunications services provided by SIP VoIP LLC (“SIP VoIP”). By accessing or using our services, customers and interconnection partners agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted Use

Our network may only be used for lawful telecommunications traffic and legitimate business communications. Users must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where traffic originates and terminates.

Where applicable, customers are expected to comply with caller identification authentication frameworks such as STIR/SHAKEN and other relevant industry standards.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:

• Transmission of illegal, fraudulent, or abusive telecommunications traffic
• Unlawful robocalling or unsolicited communications that violate applicable laws
• Caller ID spoofing, falsification, or use of unauthorized caller identification
• Network abuse, including traffic flooding, denial-of-service attacks, or actions that disrupt network performance
• Any activity intended to bypass telecommunications regulations or interconnection rules

Customer Responsibilities

Customers and partners are responsible for ensuring that all traffic transmitted through their accounts or interconnections complies with applicable laws and this Acceptable Use Policy.

Customers must take reasonable measures to secure their systems and prevent unauthorized use of their services.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action where necessary. Such actions may include traffic filtering, suspension, or termination of services without prior notice in order to protect network integrity or comply with legal obligations.

Liability and Traffic Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for all traffic transmitted through their accounts or interconnections. SIP VoIP provides wholesale telecommunications transport services and does not originate end-user communications.

Policy Updates

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy.
