Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of telecommunications services provided by SIP VoIP LLC (“SIP VoIP”). By accessing or using our services, customers and interconnection partners agree to comply with these Terms.

Services

SIP VoIP provides wholesale telecommunications services, including VoIP routing and network transport for voice traffic. Services are provided on a wholesale basis to business customers and interconnection partners.

Service availability, routing, and performance may vary depending on network conditions, upstream carriers, and technical factors.

No Guarantee of Service

While SIP VoIP strives to maintain reliable network connectivity and high-quality routing, call completion, routing availability, and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including network conditions, upstream carrier performance, and technical limitations. Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • ensuring their use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • complying with our Acceptable Use Policy
  • securing their systems, credentials, and network access
  • ensuring that traffic sent through their accounts is lawful and authorized

Customers are solely responsible for the legality and compliance of all traffic transmitted through their accounts or interconnections. SIP VoIP provides wholesale telecommunications transport services and does not originate end-user communications.

Network Management

SIP VoIP reserves the right to manage its network in order to maintain service integrity and compliance. This may include traffic filtering, routing adjustments, rate limiting, suspension of services, or termination of connections where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIP VoIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
